A group in New York City is taking the phrase "Dumpster Diving" literally. They are trying to overcome NYC's lack of pools by using old garbage dumpsters and converting them to neighborhood pools. It is all an effort to promote community and recycling of common everyday waste objects into something infinitely different and useful.
